We did these pictures to practice a idea that we had for the start of our music video. The pictures are trying to show a couple that slowly start to fight. This is because we thought at the start, to show the meaning of the song, that we would show a relationship that is breaking apart. The effect of black and white on the pictures makes them more serious but we wanted this as it will help with our main idea which is the Narnia concept where there are two worlds, one sad and one happy.
The pictures below are of some ideas we have for the ending.
We thought that at the end we could zoom into the actors mouth and she smiles and the words 'THE END' would be written on her lips. It goes with our disjuncture theme but is also a good ending to the video, it is different and looks good. It links to our genre from the simple look on the face the only thing that isn't typically seen as conventional to the folk genre is the writing on the lips which is what we want.
